Shipping policy

All items are shipped via USPS parcel post.  Most orders ship within 2-4 business days. We encourage you to consider upgrading to Priority Mail with insurance.  Please contact us if you would like to use a different carrier.

If an item has been damaged in transit please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods by emailing wyldearthstudio@gmail.com for assistance. Please make sure to open your package within this time.

Please keep all original packaging and the item as we may require photos or the original print to process your claim.
