Refund policy
Due to the unique nature of our business and products, most of which are handmade by myself and/or local artisans, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to arrange an exchange, which can be done at any future market we sell at. If you are unable to make an exchange in person at a market you can exchange via USPS mail. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to confirm the exchange is possible. Once we receive the returned item we will send the replacement item. All shipping costs for exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions at wyldearthstudio@gmail.com
Sale Items
Products purchased using a promotional code, or that have been purchased at a discounted price, are ineligible for a refund.
For this reason, we ask that you carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.
We cannot offer rain checks on products that are out of stock during a promotion, or that are part of a collaboration.
